Help Us Save Music Education in San Diego

YOU Can Make A Difference!

San Diego's First "Music Bee" A Phenomenal Success

San Diego Unified Schools to make decision this Tuesday!

Ten minutes of our time could make the difference.

YOU Can Make A Difference!

Our beloved (and hugely successful) Frances Hunter Music Memory program in the San Diego Unified School District is threatened if, as it is speculated, their Board of Education votes to eliminate the Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) program on Tuesday, June 2, because of the current budget crisis.

You can help save the program...and it will just take a few minutes of your time.

  1. Send an email to the Board of Education Members directly.
  2. Forward this email to all arts supporters you know in the San Diego area, including colleagues and friends.
  3. Submit a letter to the editor at the San Diego Union Tribune (letters@uniontrib.com) - Letters must include a full name, address and daytime phone number.

For detailed information about the current situation.

Sample letter template.
