Alex Palamidis
Violin, Concert Master
Intellect and passion, Alex performs with emotion and intelligence.  Alex grew up in Istanbul with Greek and Russian parents.  His parents introduced Alex to the world of music.  As early as age 4, Alex’s parents took him to concerts almost every weekend.  This love of music continued on through to college where he studied not only music but engineering.  Yet, his true love won the battle for his mind when in the end Alex chose to experience life as a performer.  Alex explains why he performs stating, "It is an outlet for me to express myself with the thing I love the most, music! . . . Every time I get a chance to perform and express myself in a way that evokes positive emotions in even one person, I feel blessed and happy.”
